Thank you for considering joining us at our Summer Fair. Please fill out the online form below to have your exhibitor request approved.

Public opening times are 10am to 4pm, with setup on Saturday from 7am to 9:45am (outside
these hours are available by pre-booking only). Please note tables will not be supplied unless
pre arranged with us as we have limited availability.

Breakfast will be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings 8am to 10am, and our standard
menu from 10am.

Exhibition costs

Prices this year are:

FREE if you are exhibiting (i.e. NOT Selling Items)
£15 for an outside pitch (6m x 3m)
£20 for inside The Sidings (2.5m x 1.5m)

Rules

Be ready for the public by 10am
Do not leave the site until 4pm on either day without permission from the organiser
Have the relevant insurance for the event if applicable
Have your exhibitors badge availabel for inspection
Be placed on the pitch allocated to you by our staff.
