  • Terms and Conditions for the consumption of alcohol All drinks including alcoholic, soft drinks, tea and coffee must be purchased from the bar. All Hirers are required to pay a £95 deposit which is refundable to the hirer of the function providing (1) an excess of £195 has been taken at the bar. (2) the number of guests attending are not below 25% of guests advised unless a written adjustment has been made within 48 hours (3) The terms and conditions of the licence are adhered to. All bars must be booked a minimum of 7 days before the function by contacting Mike Urry on 07733328840 or by email mike@whitwellstation.com Deposit can be made by card Request for the consumption of alcohol at any of these venues listed above where there is not a manned bar is at the DPS (Designated Premises Supervisor) discretion. There will be a corkage fee applied, This will normally only be allowed at small functions or 1 off events where there is a very limited amount of alcohol. There will be no sale of alcohol by anyone other then the DPS. If any of these terms are breached by the hirer or any of the hirer’s party, the caretaker on duty will have the authority to confiscate ALL of the alcohol bought in by the hirer, and if needed, close the bar as well. We operate a Challenge 25 policy - If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol, we will not tolerate any under age drinking and drinks that are purchased at the bar must be served to over 18’s only. One month notice in writing is required to cancel a booking without charge
