The Sidings Bar and Function Room is a spacious, welcoming venue to hold your celebration, party, wedding or special event.
Spacious venue
Situated on the site of our heritage railway, it’s a unique venue that you and your guests will love. We can cater for up to 200 guests (120 seated). Perfect for:

With a large enclosed garden at the rear, children can be let free to play in safety. You have access to the bar which stocks ales, lagers, ciders, bottled beer, soft drinks, wines and spirits.
Catering can be supplied with various options including BBQ, pizzas, buffet or even a full sit down meal. We can also supply a fantastic DJ and music if needed, or even an entertainer – just leave it all to us!
Venue hire prices
Venue hire starts from £200 for celebrations with over 22 guests.
Children’s parties (for under 14s) start from £50 which includes the hire of 2/3 of the Sidings function room and access to the bar and garden.
Catering for children starts at £3 per child.
Corporate Days
For a corporate day with a difference, look no further! Book The Sidings function room and bar from 1 hour up to a full day. We can set up conference style seating for up to 120 people. We can supply multimedia facilities.
For the more adventurous meeting, we can organise a train driving competition!
The bar would be available, as would teas and coffees throughout your booking. We can supply professional catering if needed.
